Beloved ones, the keywords I give you for your meditation and contemplation this month are  patience, intuition, clarity, knowledge,  divine, positive, abundance, trust, spontaneity, happiness, confidence, grandeur.
    我摯愛的人們，這個月我要給予你們在靜心和冥想時的關鍵字為：耐心、直覺、明晰、知識、神性、正向、豐盛、信任、自發性、幸福、信心、及宏偉。 
    Welcome to the full expression of the Age of Aquarius!   As the month begins the light of grace opens your heart and mind.  The energies focus on sudden shifts and dramatic change, as all things that are stagnant will be forced to move in one direction or another.
    歡迎來到完整呈現出來的水瓶世紀！隨著這個月份的開始，慈悲之光將開啟你的心和頭腦，這股能量會聚焦在突然間產生的變化和戲劇性的重大改變上，所有停滯的事情都將被強制推向某個方向。 
    The grand cycle of time opens a major energetic gateway on 11.11.11.  Energetic gateways open doors between the divine and the physical realms allowing energy to flow.  Each gateway carries a theme, a color, and a divine quality.  This is a gate of new beginnings, the color is golden, and eventually it will manifest divine peace in the world.
    重大的時間週期在11.11.11.開啟了主要的能量通道，能量通道會打開神性與物質界間的大門，使能量能夠開始在其間流動。每個通道都帶著一個主題、一個顏色、及一個神性品質。此次的通道是一個新的開始、它的顏色是金色、而最終將會讓神性的和平顯化於這個世界中。 
    As you process these dynamic energies you can expect dramatic changes in your personal financial circumstances.  You can also expect the global financial structure to shift.  In your life this may be very positive, manifesting a windfall or unexpected cash infusion. At a national and international level this energy may bring currency changes or a complete revision of global financial policy.   At this time hold the attitude that any change is good!
    當你經歷這些能量變動時，可以預期的是，在你個人的財務情況將會有戲劇化的改變；在全球的金融結構上亦將會有所變動。而在你的生活中，可能會是非常正面的影響，帶來意外之財或是預料之外的金錢流入。在國家或國際的角度來說，這股能量可能會帶來匯率的變動或是全球金融政策的全面修正。在這個時候要保持的態度是”任何改變都是件好事！” 
During this time of grace an attitude of charity toward others is required.  This will ensure your spiritual evolution and personal progress.  Altruism and gratitude for any opportunity to serve will ennoble you and bring personal prosperity!
    在此次的恩典之中，需要抱持著對他人慈悲的態度，如此一來，將能確保你的靈魂進化及個人的進程。對任何能夠服務他人的利他行為，及表達感恩的機會，將使你崇高並為你帶來個人的繁盛！ 
    Concerning the matters of your everyday life, the second week of November provides energies that will support communications, allowing you to share your ideas and creative work.  This is time to market, network, email, and share information.
    關心你生活中的每件事，在11月的第二週所提供的能量，將在溝通上給予協助，讓你能分享自己的想法及創作。這是行銷、建立網絡、發電子郵件、及分享資訊的時刻。 
    I counsel you to take good care of your health!  Infections, addictions, and allergies may manifest under these astral influences.  Nearly everyone will be very sensitive to substances and some will suffer from unexpected reactions.  Spiritual practices are supportive and will redirect these energies. Dear ones, consider a spiritual form of exercise: Meditation, prayer, Tai Chi, Yoga, or martial arts practices may lead you to the next step, unifying mind and body to heal and release limitations as well as opening you to feel energy more clearly!
    我的忠告是好好照顧自己的健康！在這些星體的影響下，可能會發生感染、上癮、及過敏的狀況；幾乎每個人都將對物質（譯註：例如化學物質）非常敏感，而有些人可能會苦於出乎意料之外的反應。但靈性上的練習能夠給予支持，並重新導向這些能量。各位，考慮做個靈性形式上的練習：冥想、祈禱、太極、瑜珈、或武術練習，都可能能夠引導你到下一步，就是整合心智與身體，以達到療癒及限制的釋放，也能夠因此讓你敞開，以更清楚地感覺到能量！ 
    The energies will stimulate your creativity and intuition.  You may find that you know what is going to happen shortly before it does.  Reach out to others; share your message with the world, for the energy will ensure that your presentation will be received.  Wait for a clear signal from your intuition, then go ahead and take action.
    這些能量將會刺激你的創造力及直覺。你可能會發現自己在事情發生的前一刻，就知道接下來會發生什麼事。與他人互動、和世界分享你的訊息，因為這股能量將確保你的表達能被他人接收到。等待來自直覺的清楚信號，然後前進並採取行動。 
    The energies through November are not of the boring, everyday variety – rather they are encoded to reveal the grandeur of your being.  As you are uplifted, it will require effort to be grounded in reality, but that solid footing will manifest success in the real world.
    通過11月的能量是有趣的、每天都不同的 – 更確切地說，確實它們被編碼於展現你崇高的存在。當你展現自己的存在時，會需要花力氣以在現實中紮根，而堅固的基礎將能夠在真實世界中顯化成功。 
    After midmonth many will find themselves in situations that will bring to the surface subconscious negative attitudes.  Explosive, violent aspects may trigger conflict at a national or international level.  Beloved ones; avoid conflict, practice inner peace during this week’s tests and trials. The spiritual light flows, offering youal emotion alternatives to anger and violence.
    月中之後，很多人會發現自己潛意識中的負面態度將會浮出，而具爭議性、暴力的觀點，可能會在國家或全球的層次上引發衝突。摯愛的人們，避免衝突，在這週的試煉與考驗中實踐內在和平；靈性之光的流動，將會為你憤怒和暴力的情緒提供替代品。 
    Mercury moves into retrograde motion at the end of the month.  This energetic shift will bring important news.   In late November the urge to create something new will be overwhelming.  This energy may bring confusion about your goals and how you will achieve them.  Impatience must be kept in check, listen to your intuition rather than use logic.
    水星將在本月結束時進入逆行，這個能量的轉變將帶來重要的消息。11月下旬，對於創造新事物的驅策力將勢不可擋，這股能量可能會對於你的目標及如何達成它們帶來困惑。留意自己的焦燥不耐，不要以邏輯行事，而應聆聽自己的直覺。 
The energies of the partial eclipse in Sagittarius are effective for the entire month of November.  It will be wise to postpone major life decisions until mid December. This positive energy will provide a “release” to anything that has been blocked. 
    射手座偏蝕的能量影響整個11月，所以將人生重大決定延至12月再做，將會是明智的選擇；這股積極的能量會”釋放”任何的阻礙或堵塞。 
    Religion will continue be a point of conflict at the personal and international level.  The purpose of religion is to worship that which is divine.  Divinity is a personal experience and worship is a private matter.  The state of Grace opened by the 11.11.11 gateway supports each of you to integrate this higher understanding; that worship cannot be organized and religion is not a matter for conflict much less global warfare.   As each of you work your way toward higher consciousness allow the peace of acceptance for all to grow within your heart. 
    在個人與國際的層級上，宗教仍持續是衝突的焦點。宗教的意圖應該是崇敬神性，但神性是個人的經驗，而崇拜是私人的事。在11.11.11.通道開啟的慈悲，將在這更高的理解上給予你們每一個人支持；崇拜是不能被組織的、而宗教更無關於衝突，更何況是全球的戰爭。當每個人以自己的方式往更高層的意識前進時，讓接受一切的平靜在你們的心中滋長。 
Beloved Ones, Seek your joy.  Remember, the path “home” is a communal journey and it is paved with the pleasure of shared joy!  November offers the benefits of abundance and I pray that each one will use this gift with generosity.  I am the Metatron.
