This is where the process of Training an Initiate truly begins.   Guide marks the beginning of true contact with the mysteries.  This is the beginning of true knowledge.  Guide Initiation has 3 inner and outer levels of training and progress.  Guide training culminates with Graduate Guide then Independent Guide (Elder) status.   Either level represents graduation from the Mystery School curriculum and process.  


It takes a tremendous amount of personal effort to become a Third Degree Initiate! Here is the strength of the spirit and the power of God in its pure form manifested in the physical.

 A guide loves all, without exception and he/she is in 100% service all the time on all planes and in all dimensions. A Third Degree Initiate is also an Administrator, leading a team of Initiates serving the needs of Humankind.

 A Guide reminds us of what we knew - but may have forgotten we knew. A Guide leads us along the path of Spiritual evolution.

To qualify for Guide Initiation you must choose to serve at this level of responsibility and empowerment. One of the tasks of the Guide Initiation is to write your own Program Materials without changing the teachings in any way! The Initiation Ceremony begins the process -  a Guide completes (minimally) the basic training a year and a day later.

- This is the most difficult part of Spiritual training and it takes tremendous effort to complete Guide training.  Many Teachers have been waiting for the call to be Initiated as a Guide.  For most, that call has not arrived!  In the tradition of North America, current Teachers are welcome to step forward to receive their Guide Initiation. 

The qualification is:  “Do you choose to serve, to lead, to accept the responsibility and power to Initiate others?   Are you a leader or a leader waiting to be born?   Do you have generosity, integrity, and express gratitude readily?

Guide, the Beginning of Your Third Degree Initiation

At the beginning levels of the 3rd Degree of Initiation (Guide) there is sufficient energy flow to allow the Guide to initiate Adepts!  To initiate is to pass on to others the connection to the magickal current and contacts that flow behind it.

With that power comes additional responsibility to serve, to teach, and to train others to use the power well and wisely! To ensure quality, at this time, all 2nd and 3rd Degree Initiations take place at headquarters only!   No exceptions! 

The responsibility of the Adept is to serve Humankind and offer the specific services of the Mystery School.
The responsibility of the Teacher is to continue the work they began as Adepts, and to teach and train others as they support the Guides.
The responsibility of the Guide is to lead, initiate, reveal the mysteries, and provide Ceremonies of Life for the community.

                       

 

 

 

 

As a Mystery School we are an organization that is dedicated to teaching the Mysteries. We offer 3 degrees of Initiation and these represent the path of ascension up the Tree of Life and Knowledge. This is called the Middle Pillar.

Our Process is one of balance between 3 points. One point is Knowledge and the application of Knowledge which brings us to achieve Wisdom. This is referred to as Hermetic Training in honor of Hermes Trismegistus. Knowledge and Wisdom are balanced by the second point which is Power. This is the power given by Psychic abilities and Shamanic and Ritual / Ceremonial Practices. The third point is LOVE! Love is achieved through service and doing the work. It is an expression of Worship and Respect for Divinity and all Life!

Each of these points has a Ray that holds the energy necessary for  manifestation and empowerment. The Ray of Knowledge is the Orange Ray. It is also called the Hermetic Ray. The Ray of Power is the Green Ray. The Ray of Love is Violet. Each step of your progression through the Mystery School training will be balanced within these 3 points and the empowerment from your Initiation will flow from the Rays.   A Guide is one who has developed the strength and ability to hold all 3 Rays in balance! 

The purpose of Initiation is varied between Magickal Traditions and Lodges.  Mystery Schools initiate their members” in order to create a connection to the magickal current or Ray that is the energy source behind the Mystery School.    Flowing within that current is an Archangelic office, and the Masters of Light associated with that current and ray. These beings are called the Hierarchy of Light. When we speak of the particular Archangel and Masters, they are referred to as the “Contacts” of the Mystery School.

The Initiatory Process of  Spiritual Mystery Schools is designed to give each Initiate direct connection to the Magickal Current, the Archangel, the Masters of Light, and the full Hierarchy of Light. This results in 10 times the personal power, the highest level of protection, and many other beneficial changes. It also brings responsibilities to those who are initiated. 

A Guide must be responsible, honorable, and able to carry the Ray as well as maintain contact with the Hierarchy at all times. 
                                                            
GUIDE:  THE CEREMONIAL LEADER AND RITUAL MASTER
The Path of the Mysteries (As the Divine so the Common)


When a Teacher feels they are ready to become a Guide they are welcome to apply. Applications are made to the Guide who they are working with or sent directly to headquarters. A general assessment is made by both parties. Generally, the items below are taken into consideration. If both agree that the teacher is ready to accept the highest Initiation, the prospective Guide is referred to Spiritual Mystery School Headquarters.  At the next Ceremony or Temple Celebration held by Spiritual Mystery School, the new Guide will be Initiated. After initiation, the new Guide begins their Guide training.  Often new Guides receive a “Quick Start Program” followed by the full Guide Program which is held in May at Spiritual Mystery School headquarters.   The full Guide Program includes handing down. 

Basic Requirements for Guide Initiation:

  1. Completed Mystery School Teacher’s Program.
  2. Behaves in Ceremony appropriately for their role.
  3. Demonstrate by their manner of living and interactions with others that the student has an adequate understanding of the conduct and ethical behavior expected of a Guide, and that they are fully prepared in all respects to be made Guide and begin to work toward autonomy.
  4. Demonstrated a willingness and ability to observe and participate in all functions within the ritual circle, such as developing the ability to channel energy properly during ritual.
  5. Interpersonal Problem Solving Skills are well along in development as is the ability to accept personal responsibility and solve personal conflicts with honesty and love.
  6. Has (and continues to) study and learn about the integral workings of the various Activations, Healings, Esoteric Teachings, and Ceremonies of the Mystery School.
  7. Has begun to work on (and continually improves) their own work.
  8. Has been prepared to accept (and has accepted) the responsibility of a ritual.
  9. Contributed in some manner to each Mystery School Gathering, either by supplies, food, or time. Supplies are considered incense, candles or other magickal items required. Time is considered arriving early to help set up or staying late to help clean up afterwards.
  10. It is highly recommended that the prospective Guide has taught at least 3 classes while at Teacher or Second Degree. Learn from the personal tests that will manifest as they master the Mystery School Curriculum by teaching others.
  11. Demonstrate familiarity with basic ceremony and ritual working correspondences.
  12. Complete any additional requirements given by the Graduate and Independent (Elder) Guides. This is not designed to be a trick clause. Its purpose is to cover cases where a member of the Priesthood has completed all of the technical requirements, but has a weak area that needs to be addressed before elevation to Guide is appropriate.

Guide Initiation & Training Programs - Headquarters Only

Guide Program Pre-requisites Are:  

  • Full Adept Curriculum
  • Full Teachers Curriculum. 

Recommended Pre-requisites: 

  • Gifts of the Spirit Intensive,
  • Ceremonial Master I and II 
  • Qabalah Ascension or Sephiroth Year of Study Webinars.

Although there are few Pre-requisites for Guide Program Your Initiation is a BIG Commitment to God,  the Hierarcy of Light, and Humankind.  The more you know the more you can do.  Guide Initiation also indicates a deep commitment to your personal evolution.  You must continue to learn and study with the goal of Personal Spiritual Evolution.    

If Prospective Guides Have Not Completed Qabalah, Pathworking, Ceremonial Master, and Gifts of the Spirit Intensive Before Guide Initiation They Are Required Study After Guide Initiation.      

Guide Initiation is where the real teaching begins! 

The Guide Program is an “In Person Seminar” and it is offered annually in May as part of Spiritual Mystery School’s Power Week III Programs.

  • Ceremonial Master I Handing Down (If Guide has attended Ceremonial Master 1-III),

  • Qabalah Introduction Handing Down,
  • Adam Kadmon Seminar Handing Down,
  • Qabalistic Cross Handing Down,
  • Full Ceremony for Initiation Handing Down.
  • Archangelic Healing Temple
  • Galactic Ray Healing Handing Down

Power Week III  Includes 2 Day Vision Quest:

The goal for Guides is working toward autonomy and leadership. Guides work for a minimum of a year and a day after Guide Initiation to master the basic concepts and programs of the mystery school. 


The Graduate Guide:


Spiritual Mystery School’s goal and responsibility in training Guides is to bring them to full Independence.  Graduate Guide Status is the next step!  
Graduate Guide Curriculum Requirements: 

  • Gifts of the Spirit Intensive and Year of Study Psychic Skills OR Ancient Ways Modern Powers Apprenticeship.  (Your Goal is to Consistently work to master evocation of the divine and to master the uses of energy.)  
  • Qabalah Sephiroth Study: 
  • Qabalah Pathworking: 
  • Ceremonial Master Introduction and Ceremonial Master I through III  OR Ceremonial Master Apprenticeship:  (Consistently working with ritual to develop discipline, energetic integrity, and LOVE.  Consistently working to become proficient with the Ceremonial Processes.)
  • Successfully Complete the Energetic Tasks of the Vision Quest.

Celtic High Priestess/ High Priest Vision Quest & Graduation with Initiatory Protocol Handing Down:
Pre-Requisites:   Celtic Priestess/ Priest Initiation, Elemental Alchemy Webinar, Spells and Charms Seminar, Wheel of the Year Apprenticeship training.

This includes a 1 Day Seminar, 3 Day - 2 Night Vision Quest, 1 Day Handing Down Seminar (4 days Total).  The  program is taught at Spiritual Mystery School Headquarters in Utah and in the Wilderness of Idaho/ Utah

Qabalah Teachers Certification with Apprenticeship Mentoring:  
Pre-Requisites are:  Guide Initiation, Monthly Sephiroth Study, 1 year Qabalah Ascension Program, 1 Year Pathworking Program, and Ceremonial Master I-III

Seminar Training, Ascension Ceremonies, and Abyss Crossing Protocols.  Apprenticeship & Co-Teaching with Laurie-Lady Eleanor or Another Elder Guide Certified Qabalah Teacher.

Ceremonial Healing Teacher
Pre-requisites:  Guide Initiation, Ceremonial Healing Seminar and Certification, plus 50 Private Sessions

School of Etheric Healing® Teacher
Pre-requisites:  Guide Initiation, Certifications for: Laser Light Healing Modality, Galactic Ray Healing, Medical Intuitive, Etheric Healing Basic & Advanced, Higher Light Initiations, and Ceremonial Healing, plus 50 Private Sessions

Ceremonial Master Teacher
Pre-requisites:  Guide Initiation, CM I-III, Conduct 50 Cycle of Life Ceremonies, Have a Dedicated Temple, and Complete CM Teacher Year long Apprenticeship.
Graduate status requires that Guides complete their mastery of the Mystery School Curriculum. 
This mastery is demonstrated as the Independent Guide writes their “own” original Adept Program. 
The next step in Guide Training is to do the WORK!  Guides begin by writing their own healing protocols and unique, original teaching materials.  Guide Training culminates with full Independence – and service as an Elder Guide.

The Independent (Elder) Guide:
Independent Ray and Path Mystery Schools Are Chartered under Spiritual Mystery Schools.


An Independent Guide may hold the Archangelic Ray anchored in their area.  Upon completion of all other requirements may also be selected to act as the Steward of that Ray or Path Mystery School for a 7 year term.

 
The Requirements Are:

  • Define and create the Specialty Work of a Ray or Path Mystery  School
  • Write a unique, original curriculum including ceremonies.
  • Submit this curriculum to Spiritual Mystery School headquarters working with SMS Global leadership to gain approvalyou’re your curiculum.
